A Little About Me

Meet my little man, Cole, the light of my life! Unfortunately I didn't have this kind of energy after he was born in Jan 2014. In fact, my symptoms related to Hypothyroidism (Hashimoto's) had reached an all time high due to a series of stressful life events. Things came to a head later that year when my husband wanted out, causing me to dig deep and search for answers to my extreme fatigue, moodiness, and "dark outlook" as I call it.

Thank God I found the answers that would transform my lifestyle and lead me back to a place of health, vibrant energy, and happiness. NUTRITION played the biggest role.
At 43, I'm happily married, rocking a bikini body, have more energy than I can remember, and finally said goodbye to my lengthy list of thyroid symptoms!
